I will NOT draw feral characters or anything that goes against my TOS

You MUST provide a clear reference sheet of your character unless you want to be DENIED . That means NO SHADING and must be clear and present

If you fail to claim the spot you asked for you will be blacklisted from future commissions

If you write a beware about me without reason after we already made a compromise you will be blacklisted and blocked.

If I take longer then a month you will be reimbursed for your time !!

I HAVE MEDICAL PROBLEMS: communication may be off but just call, text or get my socials just in case if I can’t reach you on twitter !

Commission TAT or turn over time is an estimated 1 week - 4 months

Depending on the complexity of your character and the amount of things you asked for in the piece!! YOU WILL BE CHARGED .

If I have not presented a sketch you will eligible for a full refund , but if I have a family emergency refunds and art will be on hold

I have holidays and weekends off, don’t bother me please, respectfully !!

I am up past 8pm CST message me on discord or twitter , I will do my best to answer notifications

After 1Am CST I will retire to sleep

About WIPs

ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE USD

WIPs will be given to correct or fix any errors in the piece. It is your job as my client to remind and prompt these mistakes if there are any present,

After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. (Small coloring and marking mistakes)

Any special requests or changes result in fees

If you have any questions regarding a commission and whether I will accept it feel free to message me I withhold the right to deny any commission I am not comfortable with and will make you aware if that is the case

Payment must be upfront and done

If you want your artwork quicker and easier and fastest rush fees are $30

All rush orders come first !!

If you DONT pay for a rush fee your com will be finished within the recommended time frame of TAT(turn around time)

Again I have the right to refuse and decline any commissions I find uncomfortable I am a human being not a robot!

Do not sell or claim artwork as your own

I will not work on weekends only on weekdays I work nine hours on your commission, I will send four updates a day pertaining to your commission.

I have a list of clients and commissioners that are on the queue as to not over work myself and stay organized.

If I started a sketch on a piece a refund will be considered(determined by me) however if I have lined the piece no refund shall be given!

If you aren’t the respected client of the commission you will not have progress report. (In other words u didn’t purchase the commission, no updates will be given to you)

If I am experiencing troubles a.k.a. emergencies I will notify you ahead of time before anything will happen.
